All course sign ups require a $100 non-refundable deposit minimum to secure the spot.

All course information is available on www.saltandstonesaskatoon.ca or our social media sites @saltandstonesask. Inquiries can be sent to info@saltandstonesaskatoon.ca at any time. An in depth welcome email will be sent out to all registered participants a minimum of 2 days in advance to the course start date.

Courses can be paid in full at any time via etransfer, digital card request, or in person.

Cancellation and No Shows

1. Deposits can be moved to a different course once before void, after original sign up.

2. Cancellation 14+ days in advance results in a full refund of the course total, minus the non-refundable deposit. The deposit can then be transferred to another course.

3. Cancellations 7-14 days in advance results in a 50% refund of the course total paid minus the non-refundable deposit. The non-refundable deposit can then be transferred to another course.

4. Cancellations 7 days or less in advance do not qualify for a refund of the course total paid or non-refundable deposit. The non-refundable deposit does not qualify to be moved to a different course.

5. No Shows do not qualify for a refund of the course total paid or non-refundable deposit, any outstanding course charges will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. The non-refundable deposit does not qualify to be moved to a different course.

Refunds

1. All deposits are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation time frame.

2. Refunds on the remainder balance follows our cancellation and no show policies. Salt and Stone Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse refund at any point within reason following the policies outlined.

3. Kits are non-refundable if the items have already been ordered, if they have not been ordered the kit can be refunded 100% at any time. Time frames differ per course, and sign up date. Kits are 100% non-refundable for any reason once in the possession of the applicable student.

Payments

1. Payments can be made in person via cash, debit or credit card. E-transfers can be sent to info@saltandstonesaskatoon.ca with your name in the memo - or we can send a secure text link for any deposits or payments.

2. Payments can be made in full for any course sign ups at anytime.

3. The minimum deposit to secure your spot is $100 per course.

4. Payment installments can be made at anytime, with a minimum of 1 payment made per 30 days.

5. Owing balances for any courses and/or kits MUST be paid in full a minimum of 7 days in advance to the course start date. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled course and no refunds will be provided.

6. Receipts are provided for all payments and completed invoices, via email to the email address provided upon registration.

Kits

1. Kits are optional for all courses, and are purchasable at any time prior, during or after the course is completed.

2. Delivery of the kit is dependent on the purchased timeline. All kits purchased 14+ days in advance of the course will be delivered in person to the course date chosen by the applicable student.

3. All kits purchased less than 14 days in advance of the course, or after the course is completed will be mailed directly to the student for a $50 flat rate charge.

Completion and Certificates

1. In order to successfully complete the course, each student must attend the full hours stated per course. If more than 30 minutes combined is missed of the course, you will be unable to pass the course and it must be re-done to receive certification.

2. Certificates are provided via PDF only for submission to your applicable association if required. Certificates are emailed to the email address provided upon registration, within 2 days of completing the course. 

Other

1. Please note that depending on your course location, outside food and beverages may not be permitted due to the location restrictions. Please keep an eye out for these specific details that will be included in your welcome email.
