DIRECT BILLING

We do direct bill to most insurance companies! Shown below in the gallery - if you do not see your company please reach out and we can attempt to request billing privileges'. We do not take insurance coverage over the phone or via social media - your intake waiver can be filled out prior to treatment via our digital booking system FRESHA or in person via paper. Some insurance plans allow secondary billing if you have multiple plans, but every single plan is different please check with your carrier for more specific details. ** Not all services that are coverable by insurance can be direct billed

Book in for a treatment that allows direct billing!

Such as Massage Therapy or Acupuncture

STEP 2

Fill out the first time client waiver to include your insurance information! *must be completed prior to your appointment

STEP 3

Avoid paying out of pocket some or all expenses and submitting receipts for your treatments!
