Course and Hourly Outline
Rattan also known as “Bamboo” Massage is a moist heat; therapeutic, and deep tissue treatment. Using different types of bamboo and wood pieces, for a focus on muscle stripping, rolling, kneading and tapotement. A great addition to reduce pressure on your hands during treatment while being able to warm the tissue quicker and cover a larger surface area per technique. Although similar to hot stone, it is a more therapeutic treatment with more heat. Fantastic for sports treatments and deep tissue.
