Acupressure is similar to acupuncture without any puncturing of the skin. Using specialty tools, pressure will be applied to the nerves and acupoints for an intense release compared to a deep tissue treatment.

Cupping is a form of Ancient Chinese Medicine, using silicone cups to suction and drag around the body to reduce any fascia restrictions or tight muscles. Treatment can leave some topical markings on the skin that will fade over a few days to weeks and won't feel tender
