Relaxation Massage
A light to medium pressure treatment that uses Swedish techniques to increase circulation and calm the body and mind.

Prenatal Massage
A pre-natal massage is a specialized treatment available in side lying or stomach bolstering. An applicable doctors note is required for 1st trimester.

Treatment Add-ons
ACUPRESSURE Acupressure is similar to acupuncture without any puncturing of the skin. Using specialty tools, pressure will be applied to the nerves and acupoints for an intense release compared to a deep tissue treatment.
HOT STONE A hot stone massage is a therapeutic massage technique that involves the use of smooth, heated stones placed on specific parts of the body to promote deep relaxation and relieve muscle tension. The warmth of the stones helps to increase blood flow, ease stiffness, and melt away stress.
HIMALAYAN STONE Using warm Himalayan salt stones to soothe muscles, balance the body’s energy, and gently exfoliate the skin. Rich in minerals, the salt stones help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and leave you feeling relaxed, renewed, and rebalanced
MARBLE STONE Marble stone massage uses smooth, chilled marble stones to refresh the body, stimulate circulation, and reduce inflammation. This treatment relies on the cooling properties of marble to calm the nervous system, tone the skin, and relieve muscle soreness or puffiness.
JADE STONE Jade Stone is a mixed stone alternative that offers both heated and cooled jadeite stones for an invigorating treatment.
COMBO STONE Use of heated lava stones, and ice cold marble stones for an intense therapeutic combination treatment.
RATTAN Rattan is a form of ancient Chinese medicine, using heated bamboo and maple wood to strip the muscle fibers. This treatment is more therapeutic based.
AROMATHERAPY Using a blend of pure essential oils tailored to your needs, this treatment promotes relaxation, relieves tension, and restores balance to both mind and body. AROMATHERAPY RATTAN A unique fusion of soothing aromatherapy and traditional rattan techniques. Warm essential oils are combined with gentle strokes and the rhythmic pressure of rattan sticks to relieve deep muscle tension, enhance circulation, and promote total relaxation. Ideal for those seeking a calming yet effective body treatment.
CUPPING Cupping is a form of Ancient Chinese Medicine, using silicone cups to suction and drag around the body to reduce any fascia restrictions or tight muscles. Treatment can leave some topical markings on the skin that will fade over a few days to weeks and won't feel tender
